As a Clinical Supervisor and Licensed Psychotherapistwith extensive practical experience, I provide supervision within the framework of the Integrative Developmental Model of Supervision (IDM) — a collaborative, growth-oriented approach tailored to each supervisee’s professional stage.
In our supervision process, I will:
- Guide you through the State Licensing application process.
- Assist with preparing and submitting the required documentation for the New Jersey State Board.
- Support you in meeting the professional standards for certification and licensure.
- Provide education and mentorship in the 8 Practical Counseling Domains and 12 Core Functions and Competencies of Addiction Counseling.
- Conduct evaluations and offer constructive, individualized feedback to promote your professional growth and clinical confidence.
